Annual ANFA refereeing course organized for Province 2 referees 

All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) organized the yearly ANFA Referee Course 2019 in Siraha district.

The programme organized for referees from Province 2 was conducted from June 2-8 with cooperation and support from Siraha District Football Association.

Siraha Municipality Mayor Ashweshwor Prasad Yadav addressed the opening session welcoming the participants and the officials for the course. Mayor Yadav also addressed the closing session and expressed their desire to host such courses in the future. He thanked ANFA for successful completion of the course.

Twenty-seven participants from Bara, Dhanusha, Mahottari, Parsa, Rautahat, Saptari, Sarlahi and Siraha took part in the course. Sixteen participants who passed the course were given ANFA refereeing badge.

The course was conducted by technical instructors Shree Ram Ranitkar and Gajendra Man Singh. Sailesh Joshi organized the fitness session and Rojen Shrestha assisted during the course.

ANFA Refereeing Course for Province 1 referees held in Jhapa

With an aim of producing quality referees, All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) held ANFA Refereeing Course 2019 from May 19-25 in Jhapa district.

The course was conducted for referees in Province 1 and 30 participants, including four women referees, took part in the course. Participants came from Bhojpur, Dhankuta, Ilam, Jhapa, Khotang, Morang, Panchthar, Sankhuwasabha, Sunsari, Taplejung and Udaypur districts.

ANFA Senior Vice President Pankaj Nembang welcomed the participants and thanked Jhapa District Football Association for the course during his opening session speech. He revealed ANFA's plan to build referee academy in the district in the near future.

Mechinagar Municipality Deputy Mayor Mina Uprety expressed her pleasure to have such a course organized in her municipality and said sports was crucial in developing the young generation of the country. Also speaking on the occasion, Bhagirath Ale, President of Jhapa Football Association, also thanked every parties involved in organizing the programme.

The course was conducted by technical instructors Laba Khari and Madhu Sudhan. Sailesh Joshi was the physical instructor while Rojen Shrestha provided assistance during the course.

Twenty-one participants who cleared the course were awarded with ANFA refereeing badge.

Referee course successfully conducted in Ilam

Referee course successfully conducted in Ilam

Ilam District Football Association, with assistance from All Nepal Football Association (ANFA), successfully completed the ANFA Referee Course 2019 in the hilly district of Ilam.

Thirty participant from Ilam and one from Kathmandu took part in the course conducted from March 8-14. Rojen Shrestha assisted the course conducted by technical instructors Shree Ram Ranjitkar and Laba Khatri and fitness instructor Sailesh Joshi.

Ilam Municipality Mayor Mahesh Basnet addressed the opening session on March 9. He was thankful towards ANFA, Ilam District Football Association and Mai Valley Football Club, Ilam, for conducting such a course.

Ilam Chief District Officer Shrawan Kumar Timilsena graced the closing session. He hoped the referees were acquainted with the necessary skills and techniques after the completion of the course.

Seven participants received ANFA refereeing badge after successfully completing the course.

ANFA Refereeing Course organized in Kanchanpur

ANFA Refereeing Course organized in Kanchanpur

As per its yearly programme, All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) organized the ANFA Refereeing Course 2019 for Province 5, Karnali Province and Sudurpaschim Province in Kanchanpur district.

The course was conducted from February 27 to March 5 in assistance with Kanchanpur District Football Association. Technical instructors Shree Ram Ranjitkar and Laba Khatri conducted the programme with assistance from Rojen Shrestha.

Puskar Shahi,a former footballer and ANFA coach, addressed the opening ceremony thanking all those involved in organizing the course.

ANFA President Karma Tsering Sherpa delivered a closing session speech on the course's final day on March 5. He said referees were vital towards development of football and hoped the participating referees learnt necessary techniques and skills required for the game.

Twenty-nine participants from Bajura, Banke, Bardiya, Dang, Jumla, Kailali, Kanchanpur, Nawalpur, Rupandehi and Surkhet, took part in the course. ANFA refereeing badge was provided to 19 participants who passed the course.
