Referee course successfully conducted in Ilam
Ilam District Football Association, with assistance from All Nepal Football Association (ANFA), successfully completed the ANFA Referee Course 2019 in the hilly district of Ilam.
Thirty participant from Ilam and one from Kathmandu took part in the course conducted from March 8-14. Rojen Shrestha assisted the course conducted by technical instructors Shree Ram Ranjitkar and Laba Khatri and fitness instructor Sailesh Joshi.
Ilam Municipality Mayor Mahesh Basnet addressed the opening session on March 9. He was thankful towards ANFA, Ilam District Football Association and Mai Valley Football Club, Ilam, for conducting such a course.
Ilam Chief District Officer Shrawan Kumar Timilsena graced the closing session. He hoped the referees were acquainted with the necessary skills and techniques after the completion of the course.
Seven participants received ANFA refereeing badge after successfully completing the course.
