AFC C Diploma Coaching Course kicks off in Sanogauchan

The AFC C Diploma Coaching Course (1st phase) commenced on Tuesday in Sanogauchan, Kathmandu. The course is organized by the Kathmandu District Football Association with the support of the All Nepal Football Association (ANFA).

During the opening ceremony, ANFA Vice President Birat Jung Shahi delivered a speech, and several distinguished guests, including members of the Kathmandu District Football Association, were in attendance.

The course is being led by ANFA Technical Direcotor Hari Khadka, Head of Coach Education Sanjeet Singh, and instructor Chet Narayan Shrestha. A total of 24 coaches from various districts are participating in this phase of the course.

AFC/ANFA C Coaching Course begins in Chitwan

The seven-day (Frist Phase) AFC/ANFA C Coaching Course has started in Chitwan from August 27. 

The course is being organized by Chitwan District Football Association and promoted by Bharatpur Metroplitant City. Twenty-three coaches are participating in this course. 

The course was inaugurated by Chitra Sen Adhikari, Deputy Mayor of Bharatpur Metropolitan City. President of Chitwan District Football Association Shree Krishna Karki and members of Chitwan District Football Association were present in this opening ceremony. 

This coaching course is supported by All Nepal Football Association.

Sanjeet Singh and Hari Khadka are the instructor of this course.

ANFA Community Coaching Course begins in Udaypur

Udaypur District Football Association (UDFA) and the All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) have collaborated to launch a four-day football community coaching course from 20th-24th June 2023. The course, aimed at developing talent coaches in the Koshi Province, is being instructed by Sanjeet Singh while Shyam Manandhar is the assistant instructor of the course, both from ANFA.

"There are 34 participants in the course  across the Koshi Province. “The course was inaugurated by ANFA General secretary Kiran Rai, who was joined by President of Udaypur District Football Association Ranjan Karki, Treasurer of Koshi Province Football Association Anand Dev Chaudhary, and members of the Udaypur District Football Association were also present in the opening ceremony. The coaching course covers various aspects of football, including technical, and tactical skills, fitness, nutrition, and Injury prevention including both theory and practical sessions. Participants will receive regular coaching and feedback from instructors.

ANFA Community Course Kicks Off in Banke

The ANFA Community Course commenced in Nepalgunj, Banke district, on Tuesday.

The four-day course was inaugurated by Nepalgunj Sub-Metropolitan City Mayor Prashant Bista and Banke District Sports Development Committee Chairperson Sandip Jung Shah. Bhojraj Shahi, ANFA Ex-Co member and President of Banke District Football Association, also graced the inauguration ceremony.

Organized by Banke District Football Association with technical support from ANFA, the course features ANFA's Acting Technical Director and former national football team captain, Hari Khadka, alongside Head of Coach Education, Sanjeet Singh, who will provide valuable insights to the 45 participating coaches from various districts.

AFC C Coaching Certificate Course concludes successfully

The AFC C Coaching Certificate Course, held from 21st to 27th May and 1st to 5th July came to a successful conclusion on 16th to 20th June. The course was organized by the Morang Football Association with technical support from All Nepal Football Association (ANFA).

This is the first time this course has been organized in Nepal.

ANFA President Pankaj Bikram Nembang chaired the closing ceremony as the chief guest along with several distinguished guests including ANFA Ex-Co members Purushottam Thapa, Dipendra Dhimal.

ANFA President Nembang delivered an inspiring speech and highlighted the importance of coaching in nurturing young talent. The ceremony was also addressed by Pradeep Shah, Assistant Chief District Officer of Morang District, Rajan Adhikari, Head of Koshi Provinc Police Training Centre. Additionally, Deepak Rai, President of the Sunsari District Sports Committee, and Khadag Shrestha, Vice President of Koshi Province Football Association, Santosh Baniya, former Vice President of ANFA were also present.

During the program, the guests expressed their hopes and well wishes for the future of the participants of the coaching course.

The course was conducted in two phases and was led by Head of Coach Education Sanjeet Singh as the instructor, with assistance from ANFA Acting Technical Director Hari Khadka as the assistant instructor. According to the guidelines of AFC Coaching Convention, this course has been prepared and conducted by ANFA.

A total of 23 coaches participated in the course. ANFA plans to organize similar coaching courses across Nepal in the near future.

AFC/ANFA C Coaching Certificate Course begins in Biratnagar

The first phase of the AFC/ANFA C Coaching Certificate Course has begun in Biratnagar from Sunday.

The first phase will be held for seven days and will conclude on May 27. The second phase will be held from July 11.

Biratnagar Metropolitan City Mayor Nagesh Koirala inaugurated the event. ANFA Assistant General Secretary Basanta Raj Aryal, ANFA Ex-Co member Dipendra Dhimal, Head of Coach Education Sanjit Singh, Morang District Football Association President Sanjiv Budathoki and 24 participants are taking part in the course.

Mayor Koirala wished the participants for a successful conduction of the course while ANFA Assistant General Secretary Aryal briefed about the overall design of the course.

ANFA has for the first time prepared the module and syllabus of such a course.

The course is being organized by Morang District Football Association with support from ANFA. Biratnagar Metropolitan City, Belbari Municipality and Kanepokhari Rural Municipality have sponsored the course.
