Saraswoti's struggles continue, Shree Bhagawati defeat Nayabasti

Saraswoti Youth Club's losing streak in the Martyr's Memorial B Division League continued with a 2-1 defeat against Boys Union Club on Sunday.

Bishesh Lama gave Saraswoti the lead in the 26th minute, but Boys Union responded quickly, with Divyabikram Chaudhary equalizing in the 35th minute. Saraswoti looked set to salvage a point, but Milan Limbu struck in added time to secure all three points for Boys Union.

In the day's other fixture, Shree Bhagawati Club powered to a commanding 3-0 victory over Nayabasti Youth Club. Shree Bhagawati struck all three goals in a dominant first-half display. Dewas Chhantyal opened the scoring in just the third minute, Amit Lama doubled the lead in the 16th minute, and Bikrant Narsingh Rana added the third in the 30th minute.

Nayabasti showed improvement after the break but were unable to reduce the deficit.

Chyasal lose to Bansbari in 7th round opener

Bansbari Club edged Chyasal Youth Club 1-0 in their Martyr's Memorial B Division League match on Friday.

A first-half goal by Saroj Darlami proved decisive at the ANFA Complex in Satdobato, with Darlami finding the back of the net in the 31st minute to secure all three points for Bansbari.

It was Bansbari's third win of the League condeming Chyasal to their second defeat.

Jhapa and Brigade Boys share points after draw

Jhapa Football Club and Brigade Boys Club shared the spoils after a 1-1 draw in the Martyr's Memorial B Division League 2081 on Wednesday.

Following a goalless first half, Jhapa took the lead through Pujan Rai’s goal in the 49th minute. Jhapa appeared to be on course for all three points, but Mukunda Kumar Niure struck in added time to rescue a point for Brigade Boys Club.

The draw also marked the conclusion of the sixth round of matches in the League.

Planning Boys continue winning run, Birgunj cruise past Tusal

KWS Planning Boys United extended their unbeaten streak with a sixth consecutive victory in the Martyr's Memorial B Division League 2081 on Tuesday.

The league leaders edged RCT 1-0, thanks to an early penalty from Fagu Ram Tharu in the 8th minute, further solidifying their position at the top of the table.

In the day’s second fixture, Birgunj United produced a dominant performance to defeat Shree Tusal Youth Club 4-1.

Bikash Das Tharu opened the scoring in the 10th minute and later added his second in stoppage time, despite Birgunj being reduced to 10 men after Niraj Khadka was sent off in the 83rd minute.

Bikram Thokar doubled the lead in first-half injury time, while Bibek Chaudhary made it 3-0 ten minutes into the second half.

Tusal managed a late consolation through Dipesh Limbu in the eighth minute of added time.
