League Committee Deputy Coordinator Ramesh Rayamajhi and Competition Director Sanjeeb Mishra discussed with clubs over the regulation for the halted league.
Following the discussion, the meeting agreed to allow five more players for registration taking the total registered players from 35 to 40. Similarly, two officials, both health professionals, will also be allowed for registration by clubs.
The league will now have five substitutes, up from three, when it resumes. The tie-sheet for match 33 to 66 will be continued from earlier tie-sheet.
