Swoyambhu draw Khalibari, Sanga defeat Sanepa

Swoyambhu Club and Khalibari Yuba Football Club played out a 1-1 draw in the Martyr's Memorial C Division League on Monday.

Marbal Sunuwar had given Khalibari the lead in the 15th minute of the match but Sugrit Magar's strike in the sixth minute of added time secured the points for Swoyambhu.

In the second match of the day, goals from Gam Bahadur Magar and Bikash Pariyar helped Sports Academy Sanga to a 2-1 victory over Sanepa Club.

Magar struck in the 19th minute of the game before Pariyar's goal in the 44th minute doubled the lead. Khem Raj Tamang pulled one back late into the game but the late goal was not enough to avert the defeat for Sanepa.

Jhamsikhel defat Raniban, Golbazar share points with Pulchowk

Jhaiskhel Youth Club came from behind to defeat Raniban Sports Club 2-1 in the Martyr's Memorial C Division League on Sunday.

Shyam Bayadi had given an early third minute lead for Raniban in the match at ANFA Complex in Satdobato. Raniban held on to their lead in the first half of the match.

Jhamsikhel, however, levelled through Aakash Bahadur Ran in the 54th minute before Asmit Thapa Magar scored the winning goal in the 74th minute of the game to secure the comeback victory.

In the second match of the day, Golbazar Sports Club and Pulchowk Sports Club played out a 1-1 draw. The draw means Golbazar are still in the relegation zone with just a single victory in the campaign.

Om Prakash Singh gave Golbazar the lead in the 16th minute of the match but Sagar Thing's strike in the 56th minute secured a point for Pulchowk who are also looking for promotion.

RC32 edge Manohara to begin 10th round

The tenth round of Martyr's Memorial C Division League has begun from Friday.

RC32 Football Academy began the round with a 2-1 victory over Manohara United Youth Club at ANFA Complex.

Aashish Lawati gave RC32 the lead in the 20th minute of the game before Kismat Limbu's 67th minute strike doubled the lead.

Uttam Shahi goal in the first minute of the added time was not enough for Manohara to secure the points as RC32 secured all the three points.

Bagmati thrash Mahabir to stay in contention for promotion

Bagmati Youth Club thrashed Mahabir Studies & Athletics Association 4-0 in the Martyr's Memorial C Division League on Wednesday.

A brace from Raj Bhusal helped Bagmati to the win. Dipesh Rai opened the scoring in the first added minute of first half for Bagmati. Srijan Raj Gautam added a second in the 53rd minute.

Bhusal then scored two in two minutes to secure the commanding win. He scored his first in the 56th minute and added another a minute later.

Bagmati's victory also concluded the ninth round of the league. The tenth round will begin from Friday.
