APF hammer Waling 10-0 in dominant display

APF Football Club thrashed Waling Municipality 10-0 in a commanding ANFA Women's League match on Friday.

Rashmi Kumari Ghising was the standout performer, scoring four goals, while Saru Limbu and Sabita Rana Magar each netted two.

Late own goal hands Army victory over Police

Tribhuvan Army Football Club edged Nepal Police Club 1-0 in a dramatic ANFA Women's League match on Thursday, thanks to a last-minute own goal.

The decisive moment came in the fifth and final minute of added time when Nepal Police goalkeeper Usha Nath saved a shot from Amisha Karki, only for the ball to rebound off Samikshya Ghimire and roll into the net.

The game appeared destined for a draw, as both teams squandered several chances and struggled with ball control throughout the match. However, the late own goal secured all three points for Army in a hard-fought contest.

APF smash six past Bagmati to extend unbeaten run

APF Football Club maintained their unbeaten streak in the ANFA Women's League with a dominant 6-0 win over Bagmati Youth Club on Wednesday.

Bagmati put up a strong defensive effort for most of the first half, but Rashmi Kumari Ghising broke the deadlock in the 43rd minute and doubled APF's lead four minutes later to make it 2-0 at halftime.

Bagmati's resistance crumbled early in the second half, with an own goal by Semihangma Limbu Pandhak in the 55th minute and a strike from Saru Limbu a minute later effectively sealing the match.

Preeti Rai added a goal in the 88th minute, and Saru Limbu netted her second in injury time, capping off a commanding performance by APF.

Police hit four past Waling for convincing win

Nepal Police Club cruised to a 4-1 victory over Waling Municipality in the ANFA Women's League match on Tuesday.

Niru Thapa opened the scoring for Police in the 15th minute, followed by Anushka Sherpa's goal in the 28th minute. Puja Rana added a third in the 32nd minute, and an own goal by Waling's Dhana Bohara on the brink of halftime extended Police's lead to 4-0.

Waling showed resilience in the second half and managed a consolation goal through Yashodha Kumari Chiral in the 85th minute, but the deficit was too much to overcome.
