Decision making body of the ANFA Club Licensing Committee – First Instant Body (FIB) made the decision on the applications for AFC Club Licensing today.

13 'A' Division clubs applied for the AFC License in the year 2020. Saraswoti Youth Club, relegated in the Qatar Airways Martyr's Memorial 'A' Division League 2019/20, did not participate in the licensing process.

The AFC also has highly appreciated ANFA's and Tribhuwan Army Club's commitment and effort for complying with the AFC Club Licensing regulations.

Tribhuwan Army club has done a notable task by taking the decision to profesionalize football by amending its statues to reflect the change from a sports club into football club. The ANFA shall request the AFC for an exception to the two-year rule, once the changes on the leagal entity are approved by the appropriate bodies.
