The All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) has inaugurated a Referee Refresher Course for Category III referees, aimed at updating and enhancing their officiating skills on Monday. The course, which began on December 23, will run until December 25, 2024, and features the participation of 28 referees from various parts of the country.
The inaugural session, held at the ANFA Complex, was officially opened by ANFA General Secretary Kiran Rai. In his address, Rai highlighted the significance of such courses in ensuring referees are well-equipped to handle the evolving demands of modern football. ANFA Ex-Co member Tika Lama also addressed the program and extended his best wishes to the participants, encouraging them to make the most of the learning opportunities provided.
The three-day course focuses on key aspects of refereeing, including updates to the FIFA Laws of the Game (LOTG), decision-making, positioning, and match control.
