Waling hit Sudurpashcim for five

Waling Municipality secured a resounding 5-1 victory over Sudurpaschim Province in the ANFA Women's League 2081 on Monday at the ANFA Complex in Satdobato.

Waling's foreign recruits were instrumental in the win, with Viola Namuddu netting a hat-trick.

She opened the scoring in the 18th minute and added two more goals in quick succession, finding the net again in the 43rd minute and completing her hat-trick just two minutes later.

Jackline Nassali extended Waling’s lead to 4-0 before halftime, and Sushma Tamang scored the fifth goal in the 50th minute.

Sudurpaschim Province managed to find a consolation goal through Ritika Karki.

APF defeat Karnali; Bagmati, Chandrapur share points

APF FC continued their unbeaten streak with a commanding 6-0 victory over Karnali Province in the ANFA Women's League on Sunday.

In the first match at the ANFA Complex, Nisha Thokar opened the scoring for APF in the fifth minute. Rashmi Ghising then netted a brace, scoring her first in the 11th minute and adding a second in the 25th.

Gita Rana converted a penalty to make it 4-0, and Hima Rawat extended the lead to 5-0 in the 77th minute.

An own goal by Barsha Oli capped off Karnali's woes, bringing the final score to 6-0.

In the second match, Bagmati Youth Club and Chandrapur Municipality battled to a goalless draw.

Departmental derby between Army and Police ends in draw

Both matches of the ANFA Women's League 2081 at Dasharath Stadium on Saturday concluded in draws.

The highly anticipated departmental derby between Nepal Police Club and Tribhuvan Army FC ended 1-1, while the match between Sankata FC and Koshi Province finished without any goals.

After a goalless first half, Amrita Jaisi gave Police the lead in the 49th minute.

However, Amisha Karki equalized for Army in the 63rd minute, ensuring the match ended in a stalemate.

Chandrapur continues Sudurpaschim's pointless run

Chandrapur Municipality defeated Sudurpaschim Province 4-0, condemning them to their sixth consecutive defeat.

In the sole match of the day at the ANFA Complex in Satdobato, Anita Rana Magar opened the scoring for Chandrapur just three minutes in.

Rajani Thokar doubled the lead in the 14th minute, and Alina Kumari Chaudhary’s own goal in the 64th minute made it 3-0.

Sajani Thokar capped off the victory with a goal in the 89th minute, securing a comprehensive win for Chandrapur.
