Departmental side rain goals in respective wins

APF FC crushed Koshi Province 8-0, while Tribhuvan Army FC delivered a stunning 10-0 victory over Chandrapur Municipality in the ANFA Women's League 2081 on Friday.

Rashi Kumari Ghising was the standout performer for APF, netting five goals, while Anita Basnet added a brace.

Anita KC also contributed with a goal, rounding off a dominant display.

In the second match, hat-tricks from Amisha Karki and Chandra Bhandari propelled Army to their impressive 10-goal performance against Chandrapur.

Dipa Shahi scored twice, and goalkeeper Anjana Rana Magar converted a penalty. Substitute Sharmila Thapa also found the net, completing a remarkable victory for the Army.

Foreign player secure victory for Waling against Bagmati

Waling Municipality triumphed over Bagmati Youth Club with a convincing 4-0 win, with all four goals scored by their foreign players.

In Thursday's only match, Jackline Nassali shone with a hat-trick. Cissy Nantongo opened the scoring for Waling in the 22nd minute, and Nassali netted her first goal in the 41st minute.

She added her second in the 54th minute before completing her hat-trick in the 83rd minute, sealing a dominant performance for Waling.

Police avert shock loss to Chandrapur, Karnali defeat Sudurpaschim

Nepal Police Club managed to avoid a surprising defeat against Chandrapur Municipality, thanks to a crucial penalty save by goalkeeper Usha Nath.

The match ended in a goalless draw, but Usha's outstanding save of a penalty kick from Dil Kumari Magar in the 71st minute was pivotal.

Chandrapur earned the penalty after a handball, but Usha was able to parry away Magar's shot.

In the day's second match, Karnali Province claimed a 3-0 victory over Sudurpaschim Province.

Bhumika Budathoki opened the scoring for Karnali in the 24th minute, and Garima Rai doubled the lead in the 62nd minute.

Barsha Oli sealed the win with a goal just two minutes later, marking Karnali's first victory of the campaign.

APF, Army register big wins

APF FC secured a 3-0 victory over Sankata FC, while Tribhuvan Army FC delivered a dominant 5-0 performance against Koshi Province in the ANFA Women's League 2081 on Tuesday.

At the ANFA Complex in Satdobato, Saru Limbu opened the scoring for APF in the 13th minute.

Anita KC doubled the lead in the 51st minute, and Sabita Rana Magar capped off the win with a goal in the 64th minute.

Meanwhile, Army's victory was highlighted by braces from Bimala Chaudhary and Anita Lamjel.

Chaudhary struck twice in quick succession, putting Army ahead 2-0 by the 10th minute. Hima Chaudhary added a third goal in the 22nd minute, followed by Anita Lamjel’s first goal in the 38th minute.

Lamjel completed the scoring with her second goal in the 60th minute, sealing a resounding 5-0 win for Army.
