Fundamental building material of ANFA : 

Development of football in Nepal is only possible when we have started the work from root level. Keeping this in mind ANFA has given its work priority for building fundamental material for ANFA. At Very first ANFA has started Hostel in Satdobato, it has shown its solid dedication toward the development of Football game in Nepal by opening ANFA office with Playground. This work of ANFA was appreciated everywhere. Before starting Goal project, federation of international Football association (FIFA) has also appreciated this work done by ANFA and provided an opportunities to represent as a model in FIFA congress. Then ANFA built technical centers in Chyasal of Lalitpur, Buwtal in Rupandehi and Sunsari in Dharan under the roof of FIFA Goal project.  Similarly, ANFA has planned to open technical centers in middle Western and far western in Future.

ANFA has submitted the proposal to construct small football ground with minimum requirement in many districts as the second Goal project of Federation of international football association.

2)  Foundation of ANFA Football academic:

Faster growth of football game is only possible when we start searching the players from all over the country from the scratch. ANFA has played a vital role for recognizing qualified players from the country and provided them better training, good food and shelter to stay as free of cost. With the result this ,ANFA associated players have done extremely well in Age group football competition. Some of the achievement are as follows  :-

a)      Entry for second position in ASIAN YOUTH competition ( U-16, U-19).
b)      Three times first place in ASIAN YOUTH 14 Game.
c)       First and second place in A –class competition in Subroto Mukharji Cup (U-14, U-19 group).

Only ANFA players are doing well in famous ‘A’ division clubs. To widen the achievement of ANFA, ANFA academic has started technical centers in Dharan and Butwal from this year as well as ANFA academic is also became the part of Midwestern and far western technical centers in future. With great impression of ANFA working committee, Nepal is getting extra five thousand American dollar Add from Asian football federation add for 28 countries committee. With the help of this add all 55 district football trainers are getting their salary.

3) Player Award :-
a) ANFA was providing fifteen hundred monthly salary to the National player from the beginning when there was no fund with ANFA by collecting funds from its executives to encourage the motto of players. With the circulation of ANFA own fund National player started getting monthly salary as 2000/- . This amount has increased this year up to 5 thousands. A very attractive monthly fund is also going to provide to all ANFA dedicated Referee from this year.

b) For the welfare of Nepali players, Referees, Trainers and also personality associated with ANFA, first time in Nepal a lump sum 50 lakhs rupees deposited as the fixed deposit and also aimed to increase this amount in the future.

c)  ANFA has increased the award amount from 1 lakh for the best National player for their contribution as of Rupak Smriti award which is used to give from 2053BC to 1 lakh with a bike from 2063BC. The same amount will be given to best Referee.

d) Sahid Smarakh ‘A’ division competition is being the back bone of football game, best player from A division like Goal Keeper , Defender, midfielder , forward and highest scorer and also best trainer are getting motor bike award to drive their encouragement from 2062BC.

e)  A car will be awarded for best National and A division league player for his performance from 2062 BC. Now Nepal government is separated 20 lakhs rupees in the budget to continue this award for the player to encourage them.

f) Rupees 1 lakh cash with a motor bike will be given to the player for their life time achievement award.

4)  Professional : -
a)  To make the team more professional and stronger for the competition, a cash award is very helpful.  Hence, there is reasonable amount of increment in award fund for Sahid Smarak ‘A’ division league from 20 lakhs to 42 lakhs. ANFA is also helping some cash for all the teams who are taking part in the Sahid Smarakha league football competition as a team preparation expenditure.

b)  To make the National football game more professional to provide an opportunities for the team outside the valley , ANFA is going to conduct district league and then national league in near future.

c) ANFA has the confidence to make the sponsor available not only for competitor but also for football clubs.

d) To get the assistant for the treatment of injured football player , ANFA has started insurance policy for the players and Referees who are associated to Sahid Smarkha A division league for the first time in Nepal . ANFA has also planned to continue this policy for other competitions in future.

5) Decentralized policy: -
To make Nepali football game more popular in villages and also in remote areas to search the best player in the country, ANFA has opened district committee all over the country. The number of committee has increased from 12 districts to 40 districts at present and also planned t o cover the remaining district as soon as possible.

With respect to the decentralized policy, currently except district committee including A, B and C member representative become the General Representative.

6) Successful participant and working of National and international football competitor:

ANFA is always participating in the games like SAP Championship, SAAG Games, Selection for Asian cup, selection for Olympic cup, selection for Asian youth, A.F.C president cup, A.F. C challenger cup scheduled by Federation of international football association,  Federation of Asialy football association, south asialy football association. Similarly we have planned for A.F.C U-16 and U-19 football champion competition in Nepal itself in next month.

7) Organizer:  When ANFA has taken over the leadership from National football association, it is able to show its ability by getting big sponsor like Botlers Nepal who has committee to invest rupees 50 lakhs per year for 5 years which is the greatest achievement in Nepali game history. Organization like Surya Nepal,  Sanmigal  are the big sponsor for ANFA competition. To make the football club stronger and professional ANFA is searching sponsors for clubs also.

Hence it is ANFA contribution and dedication who has searched the sponsors from zero level to big organization to sponsor the clubs and players. This is the good sign in the way towards making Nepal football association more professional.

8) Future changes of ANFA :
ANFA will be working very dedicately for the welfare of Nepali football association and its players. It has also planned to make more competitive all the league competitions It is also going to conduct National league completion within two years. To make this mega event successful there are a lot of challenges ahead for ANFA.

Considering wish of football fans , ANFA has planned to technically train the player to make them more professional to show very interesting game.
