Nepal U-23 to play against B'desh U-23

June 25, 2017 - Nepal U-23 will be playing a friendly match against Bangladesh U-23 football team on July 11 at the ANFA Complex.

The friendly is a fine tuner for both the teams for the upcoming AFC U-23 Qualifiers. Nepal is in Group D with host UAE, Uzbekistan and Lebanon.

In the qualifiers, Nepal have their first match against UAE on July 15 followed by matches against Uzbekistan on July 17 and Lebanon on July 19. All the matches are set to be played at the Tahnon Bin Mohamed Stadium in Al Ain City.

Nepal have been preparing for the qualifiers since June 15 under coach Raju Kaji Shakya and assistant coach Prakash Aryal.
